Analysts have warned Apple very long time ago - growth of popularity of Apple platform can involve dangerous attention from malefactors. So it happened the only difference is, that analysts spoke about viruses and “troy horses”, and in the real world it were robbers.

In August in USA was happened huge number of robberies of Apple Store, the damage from which is still found out.

So, on the night of August, 13th, the show-window of shop in Kansas City has been broken. Some minutes prior to arrival of police robbers had time to take with eight laptops, three iPod players and two Apple iPhone. Subtotal cost of this equipment is about 17 thousand dollars. I think it’s iPhone Mania in action, few iPhone maniacs who don’t have money to purchase Apple iPhone, haven’t found nothing better than to robb Apple Store. They took some iPods and laptops , to make it looks like a real robbery…

Couple days ago impudent robbery has taken place in suburb of Seattle. Robbers have opened an office door, get to a service-centre premise, from which have stolen the laptop of the employee of this centre, some iPhone communicators and some devices, ready for sending to owners after repair. Some of them, in addition, had the confidential information. Funny, but the police has reacted to the alarm system, but when arrived into place, has solved that nothing happened and drive away to their police department (nice job guys…).

As representatives from police predict, during next months it is possible to expect huge increase in activity of robbers. Not only shops rejoice to approach of Christmas season…
